Shipping Information

We do our best to ship out packages as quickly as possible.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. If we are notified of a delay due to weather etc. we will contact you by the email address associated with the order.

SHIPPING CALCULATOR:

We do not charge a handling fee, nor do we charge for packaging materials.

STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Your purchase will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order. We do our best to ship same or next day depending on the time the order was placed.

While we can't control shipments once they leave our shop, typically most domestic packages are delivered within 2-5 days, depending on your location. Most international packages are delivered within 6-21 days (sometimes longer, depending on your location). Please see the chart below for time in transit.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We will do our best to get the tracking information to you on your order. If for whatever reason you have not been supplied with tracking information, and you would like it, or there were issues in the condition you received your order please email us at catliquidation@gmail.com.





DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We ship via US Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx for orders shipped within the USA. You will see a choice of shipping options available in your Shopping Cart - choose the method that is best for you. 


Orders sent to APO, FPO and PO Boxes ship via USPS only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide via USPS International Mail and DHL Express.  Typically international orders that weigh 4 pounds or less (when packaged) are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail (typically 6-21 days in transit). 

Items that weigh more than 4 pounds are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail (typically 6-10 days in transit) or via DHL Express (typically 3-5 days in transit). 


PLEASE NOTE that at the time the package is delivered, international customers may also incur a customs clearance charge as well as local and country-wide taxes (which vary). ANY custom fees, duties (tariffs), or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Because every country has different fees, these charges are NOT included in the shipping charges in our listings. Please contact your local customs office to determine what these fees will be before making your purchase. You may also check ⦁ http://www.dutycalculator.com/ to determine any additional fees.


ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Due to Covid-19 and shipping delays we are unable to ship internationally at this time. We will resume international shipping as soon as we are able too.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
If you need something delivered sooner than our standard times, please select a shipping upgrade in your Shopping Cart, or contact us for other shipping methods.

DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT SHIPPING:
USPS, UPS and FedEx all use dimensional shipping weights for packages that exceed 108 cubic inches. Therefore, while an item may not weigh that much, if it has to ship in a box that is 108 cubic inches or more, dimensional rates apply. 

SHIPPING DAMAGES:
If an order arrives damaged through the shipping carrier, please report this to us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please keep the original shipping box and packaging materials. We will require additional information and photos of the damaged package in order to file a claim. In some cases, the shipping carrier will come to retrieve the package to finish a claim. All claims must be made within 2 days of package delivery - we are unable to file a claim after 2 days.

Damage claims must be made by contacting our shop, not the shipping carrier. If you have any questions, please contact us. Refunds on damaged packages can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING – LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier the matter will be between the carrier and the customer directly.

SHIPPING - UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:
If an item comes back to us marked as unclaimed for any reason, we are not responsible for any shipping fees. The item will be relisted without refund unless the buyer contacts us, asking for the item to be reshipped at their own expense. 

GIFT PACKAGES:
If you would like to send an item as a gift, we are happy to help! We will include a note from you to the recipient, and we won't include a receipt with the shipment (it will be a surprise)! Please contact us if you would like us to ship a gift.

SPECIAL SHIPPING OFFERS:
From time to time we will have offers of free or reduced shipping. If at any time we offer shipping at a low cost or free shipping it is understood that the offer applies only to shipping within the continental United States and is for standard shipping only with the lowest rate shipping option we find at our discretion.

LOCAL PICKUP:
We currently offer free pickup at our location in Milford, OH. At checkout select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within the same day of order or next day. If you have placed your order after business hours or with 3 hours of location closing your order will be ready the following day. When you arrive for pickup please bring a piece of valid identification and order confirmation email to the store.
